Day 7
A week in and I was only kind of annoyed I couldn’t watch TV yesterday. I took my nap and didn’t wake up until nearly 6pm. I picked up my kids from grandma and grandpa’s fed them dinner, Skyped with my brother then I read them The Horse and His Boy for about 40 minutes, then bed.
Now normally I would sit in the living room and veg out on TV but instead I sat down, turned on some good classical music and began to read. I am now half way through Unbound and will hopefully finish it by the end of this week. That would be a great victory. That’s my challenge to myself and you can feel free to hold me accountable to finishing it this week.
