Apostles Creed Recording Project
At my church we are in a series that is taking us bit by bit through the Apostles Creed. One of the goals for the church is that we would memorize the Creed. So I have decided to write a song to help with the memorization of it. This is not supposed to be the next great worship anthem, it’s simply a song to help us memorize the Apostles Creed. I’ve already got it memorized, challenge me to recite it the next time you see me.
I’m going to post at each major stage of the recording process so you can see how a recording comes together. Here is the first stage: acoustic guitar and lead vocals with no effects. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT….Jos was at the counter when I started playing it and she came over to the comp and asked if it was daddy. I said yes and she started dancing. She likes it too:) Love you and love the song.

I wish we would have had this when I was a teenager and had to learn The Apostles Creed.
It would have made it so much easier to relate to and not just words to memorize. We even had to write our own creed and read it in front of the entire church. Intimidating for a teenager.
This is really cool. god had given you a talent that will go beyond singing and music. Such a precious gift.
